Our services

We provide professional funeral services including funeral arrangements, cremation, burial, repatriation, advance planning, and related services. Services are provided with care, dignity, and professionalism.

Estimates and pricing

• We provide written estimates before services are confirmed
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Final costs may vary based on your choices and third-party charges
• We will inform you of any significant changes to estimated costs

Payment terms

• Payment is usually required within 30 days of the funeral
• Some costs (e.g., coffin) may be required in advance
• Payment plans can be arranged in certain circumstances
• Third-party charges (cemetery, crematorium, church) are charged as incurred

Cancellation

If you cancel services after arrangements have begun, you may be liable for costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., coffin ordered, cemetery booked).

Limitation of liability

While we take every care in providing services, we cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by third parties (crematoriums, cemeteries, weather, etc.) beyond our reasonable control.
