Somers,Rita, (née Smith), passed 16th February 2024, (Raheny, Dublin 5 formerly EastWall, Dublin). Died peacefully in the care of the nursing staff at TLC Carton Nursing Home, in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband Frank, she will be forever loved and deeply missed by her three daughters, Deborah, Clodagh and Ruth, sons in law Des, Nick and David, her loving grandchildren, Ronan, Clodagh, James, Mark, Sean, George, Robert and her great grandson Conor. Her sisters Bernie and Edie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her family home on Tuesday, 21st February, between 5pm and 7pm. Rita’s funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, 21st February at 10am in Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace Church, Raheny, Dublin 5. Burial after in Dardistown Cemetery.
