Phelan, Philip , 16th October 2023, (Coolock and formerly of Finglas South), (Suddenly), at his residence. Beloved brother of Raymond, Theresa and Gerry. Philip will be sadly missed by bothers and sister, cherished nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
