AHERNE, Austin – 27th December 2022, (Raheny, Dublin 5 and formerly of Sherrard Avenue and Glasanaon Road), (Peacefully), surrounded by his loving family at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved husband of Vera and loving father of Frank, Chris, John and Veronica. Very sadly missed by his wife, sons and daughter, sons-in-law Bill and Anthony and daughters-in-law Sandra and Lynn, grandchildren Stephen, Jennifer, Alex and Jake, Jason, Emmy and Eve, his brother Anthony and sisters Mary and Phyllis, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock on Friday afternoon 30th December from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Brendan’s Church, Coolock Village arriving for funeral Mass at 11am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.
