HENNESSY, Michael (Mick) , (North Strand, Dublin 3, formerly of Wolfe Tone Street, Dublin 1), 15th March 2020, peacefully (after an illness bravely borne) in the care of the Doctors and Staff of St. Francis Hospice Raheny. Beloved husband of Eileen. Will be sadly missed by his wife his loving children Darren, Michael, Lee and Joy, his treasured nine grandchildren, sisters, brothers, large extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Rest in peace.
Due to recent HSE Guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will take place for Michael.

Hi Eileen, Mick & Family.
I am really sorry to hear the news and more upset that we cannot give Michael the sign-off he deserves. I have very many fond memories or Mick Snr. but I remember well the last time I bumped into him a few years back and we went for a coffee as he was off the drink. Thankfully, it was to a coffee shop and not a church which was the other major change he was telling me about. A great reminiscence session.
I hope his last few days were painless and you all got to say goodbye. I remember it well with my mam and now, nearly two years on, it is that time that you treasure the most.
Eileen – I will pop down when we are allowed out again, and to Darren, Mick, Lee, and Joy – my heart is with you all.
