It is with the deepest sadness that we share the loss of our darling and much cherished wife, mother, grandma, sister-in-law, auntie and friend, Dorothy Magee (nee Gahan), Artane who passed away on Sunday 27th August.

She leaves a beautiful legacy of love to her husband Ollie, son, Niall, daughters, Lynn and Gillian, daughter-in-law, Rachael, sons-in law Frankie and Niall and her adoring grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Charlie, Ellie, Amy, Oliver and Sophie.

Doris also leaves behind much loved nieces, nephews and family, devoted care-giver Yvonne as well as a wealth of wonderful friends who she cherished.

Beyond our grief is a feeling of having been utterly blessed by having her. We couldn’t have wished more loyal, loving, giving and simply exquisite wife, mother, grandma or friend.

As a family, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the team at Beaumont Hospital who cared so wonderfully for us, to all of our family and friends who have provided such immense support over the last 16 months – your love and prayers have sustained us all and we can never adequately express our gratitude.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road on Wednesday afternoon 30th August from 2pm to 5pm. Removal on Thursday morning to St Brigid’s Church Killester arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.

Brady, Francis (Fran), – 24th August 2023, (Coolock and formerly of Cabra, and Caretaker of St. David’s C.B.S), (Peacefully), surrounded by his loving family at Beaumont Hospital. Beloved husband of Joan and loving Dad of Samantha, Sandra, Ian, Mark and Gavin. Predeceased by his parents Christine and Michael, and sisters Mary, Lorraine and Anne. Sadly missed by his wife, sons and daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Aisling, Ryan, James, Ayla, Daniel, Shannon, great grandson Leo Francis, brother Michael and sister Christine, cousins Marie, Pauline, Lynda and Carol, nieces Serena, Leslie, Pamela, Karen, Lyndsey and Jackie, nephews Keith and Jamie, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Cumming, Shawn, (Belmayne, Dublin), died 26th August 2023, peacefully in the care of the staff at St Francis Hospice, Raheny, surrounded by his loving family, very sadly missed by his dad Alwyn, mother Sharon, brother Dwain and daughter Nicole, friends and family,

PIGOTT, Syd (Edenmore and formerly of Donnycarney, Dublin) – 27th August 2023 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny surrounded by his loving family. Syd will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Nora, children Yvonne, Syd, Angeline, Alan, David and Stephen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-granddaughter, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Treacy, Thomas, (Tom) – 27th August 2023, (Clonshaugh), Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at home. Beloved husband of Breda and loving dad of Sinead and Siobhan. Sadly missed by his loving family sons-in-law, grandchildren Lucas, Aimee, James, Jenson, Hudson brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Fennelly, Delia (Brigid), (née McGrath) – 23rd August 2023, (Beaumont and formerly of Kilmacthomas, County Waterford), peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at St Pappin’s Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband John, daughter Finola, and granddaughter Gillian. Sadly missed by her devoted children Kevin, Vivion, Fidelma, Máire, Colin and Cara, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
