Joseph (Joe) Pierce (Peacefully)
The death has occurred of Joseph Pierce late of Willow Park, Glasnevin & formerly of North Summer Street and An Post. Nov 28th, 2019. Surrounded by his devoted family and in the wonderful care of staff at St. Francis Hospice Blanchardstown.
Loving husband to the late Berna and father to Thelma, David, Bernadette, Susan and Rene. Doting grandfather to his twelve grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and his 6th great grandchild expected shortly.
Joe will be sadly missed by his family, relatives, sons in law, daughter in law, friends, neighbours, former work colleagues at An Post and all those who cared so lovingly for him during his illness. R.I.P. Reposing on Monday at his daughter Bernadette’s Home from 5:30. Removal on Tuesday to the Church of the Mother of Divine Grace, Ballygall Road arriving at 11:20 for 11:30 Mass. Funeral afterwards to Glasnevin Crematorium.
