McBrien, Joseph, lovingly known as Joemac, Summerhill Court, Dublin 1, (formerly of Susanville Road), 18th April 2024, peacefully at his residence in his 89th year. Pre-deceased by his brother Victor. Son of Alice and Peter McBrien, Joemac will be very sadly missed by his sister Carmel (Nolan), nieces Jane and Isabel, nephews Myles, Ronan, Brien, Conor and Barry, extended family, friends and neighbours. His eucketerical stories about The Granny, Louis, Baldy Conscience, The Twenty Holy Men of Ringsend and other characters will be fondly remembered. Joemac’s family extend their heartfelt thanks to Laura & Kirsty who gave him great care and attention over many years.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Directors, Amiens Street, Dublin 1 on WEDNESDAY 24th April, 2024 from 3pm to 5pm.
Funeral Mass will take place on THURSDAY, 25th April, 2024 at St. Mary’s Church, Pro-Cathedral, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1 at 10.30am followed by a Burial Service at Glasnevin Cemetery, Finglas Road, Dublin 11.
