SARSFIELD Patrick (Esmonde), (late of the ESB, Pigeon House, Ringsend & ESB, Tarbert, Co. Kerry), peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, on March 14th 2018. A beloved husband of Kathleen; very sadly missed by his wife, sons Alan & Barry, daughters Carol, Jennifer and Catherine, daughter-in-law Geraldine, son-in-law Ken, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother Donal and all nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 16th in Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace Church, Raheny, at 10am. Followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
No flowers by request but donations, if desired, would be appreciated to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.
